Free Your Freestyle workshop

On Monday, February 5th, Adam Rosendahl and Gino Pastori-Ng are back in partnership with Thrive East Bay for another Free Your Freestyle Workshop to keep your flow Tight.  

This is the second part of a two-part series of workshops. New folks are welcome. Previous experience or comfort in freestyling is suggested but not expected.  

Join us for a fun, judgement-free, exploration into the art of freestyle rap as a tool for healing and self-awareness.
* Beginners are totally welcome here - no experience necessary
* Experience a deeper connection to your intuition through improvisation
* Liberate your creativity AND your voice

Tickets: $10-$20 suggested donation for each session. NO ONE turned away for lack of funds. 

About the facilitators:
Adam is the Founder and Chief Experience Officer of LATE NITE ART(www.lateniteart.com), a creative experience lab that helps companies, universities, and communities break through their social and creative walls. He's been spitting beats and freestyling since he was 13 years old. 

Gino (AKA 1M1) is the Co-Founder of Youth Impact HUB Oakland. He has been freestyling and creating music for over 20 years.
