Join Thrive East Bay for our monthly Root Down as we deepen in community, engage in embodied practice, and nourish ourselves with food and meaningful connections.
In a world filled with loneliness and grief, we will be reconnecting with the wisdom of our ancestors to nourish our bodies, hearts, and souls – strengthening our resilience to stay powerful and rooted in our truths during the social and ecological challenges of our time.
When: Sunday, Nov 12th from 4 - 6pm (please arrive on time!)
Community potluck and connecting from 6 - 7pm
Where: 324 Coventry Road
Kensington, CA 94707
(a 20min walk from El Cerrito Plaza Bart station)
